Snippet: “Faax not Fax”

You may ask…. what is that thing? Glad you asked! That’s an animation rig. It is basically used to animate characters. The weird stripped mesh that have very visible facets is my skinning guidelines ^^

Here’s a pose test with the rig. All the rings and circles and such of different colors are different controllers that control different parts of the animation rig. It’s basically an IK/FK rig ^^

Look at the little back feetsies as she is leaping through air! So cute!

Just sitting cutel-… oh, you mean the six legged thing? Oh, uh, right, that’s a Faax.

Bunny for scale, but also something more to look at than just the splintered rigging mesh. Untextured still, just a flat color shader. Same on the heev. Faax base mesh is by MaxNoWard  ^^

The Faax will be a mount you can tame on Saardan, and ride on any of the main islands. There’ll be a small quest to capture one too, or namely, to prepare yourself for capturing :3

Also similar to the prey you can capture, each Faax will be procedurally generated with various patterns, skins, and palettes. They most likely won’t vary “stats” -wise because I don’t want to create a situation you hunt for something cool and it is junk xD

ALSO JUST BECAUSE OF WHERE WE ARE, THERE WON’T BE ANY FERAL CONTENT IN HUNT AND SNARE AND FAAX WILL NOT BE, IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, SEXABLE. Faax is and will always be a critter, a cutefluffylittlemurderlizardcatsomethingyouwillhearlater <3

These are what’s hiding in those pesky little sand traps on Saardan, you will eventually have a way to evade them, before going to the other side of the island too, no worries <3

You won’t be able to shoot when riding, it… uh, would technically be doable, but very unsportsmanlike I feel xD

While I’m working on the Faax rig, Drathek is working on making the basic riding and capturing mechanics… with a horse, and no, the horse will not be in game, it’s just there to pretend to be a Faax until the model is ready. Also the katana looking mesh is not going to be a thing just temp mesh xD

We’re starting to turn old single loops into full acts. It’s part of the process of making more classic style short sex acts too, using the same phase animations. So you’ll basically have a slow <-> fast phasing, and orgasm. It’ll be a long process, but finally going forward with it ^^

(Note the animation rework is a long term goal, there’s, uh, A LOT of animations in Hunt and Snare. It may seem like there’s only a few, but… uh, yeah. There’s A LOT, like A LOT A LOT LOT of animations. LOTS. VERY LOTS. MUCH LOTS xD)

And theen; Two bunny tribes for the western side of Saardan! Amor and Amur. There will be a third tribe there later too (a cat tribe, the next subspecies too), but these two will be next ones :3
